Production Castings A half century ago, Custom Aluminum Foundry began operations as a quality producer of short- to medium-volume production castings. Although our business and expertise have evolved to include very specialized products, we haven't forgotten our roots. With our recent move to our new state-of-the-art facility, we included an efficient, high-tech sand system to further improve efficiency and cast effectiveness for our production castings operation. We produce green sand production castings from 12" x 12" to 24" x 36". Production equipment includes a 14" x 19" Hunter 10 molding machine, 20" x 24" Hunter 20 molding machine, Rotolift capacities up to 36" long and Jolt Squeeze capacities up to 20" square. Production airset capabilities are the largest in Canada. We have built a reputation for reliability and flexibility in production castings, including loose pattern capability and the utilization of a variety of match plate materials and sizes to suit our customer's needs.
