Our Services At CAF, we firmly believe that our product, from the materials to the quality workmanship, is only as good as all of the elements which go into it. CAF purchases only the highest quality aluminum ingots (see chart below). We de-gas every melt we produce in our furnaces, unlike most foundries. CAF employ some of the most highly skilled molders in the industry. For all these reasons, we believe you will return to CAF for all your quality aluminum castings. From large (15’; x 15’ to over 30’ long) to small castings, prototypes and casting of plastic molds, CAF has the knowledge, experience and equipment to service a wide variety of industries. Industries served include electrical, automotive, compression molding, tooling trades, and more. We also offer highly specialized services within the industry, and encourage you to browse through each of our castings sections to find out more. CAF is proud to offer a wide variety of additional services to assist you throughout the process of creating your final castings. Our in-house pattern shop allows us to create or modify existing patterns quickly and our unique model-to-mold services can dramatically reduce lead times and costs.
