Often the most time-consuming and expensive step in the development of quality aluminum tooling is the engineering and production of traditional foundry patterns. The CAF team has designed a unique model-to-casting technology that can slash lead times and costs while maintaining quality and accuracy of the finished tool.

From your existing model, our highly trained, knowledgeable personnel can create a final mold without the need for engineering drawings or patterns - eliminating many hours of work in your pattern shop. When no model is available, CAF will apply the same process to your CAD file, creating a model and then a finished mold, all within a lead-time that will please you.
