What is the biggest casting CAF can pour?

CAF can pour any size casting from a few ounces to more than 7,000 pounds.

What processes does CAF use for casting?

We use sand casting (the simplest, most inexpensive method); green sand casting, which uses an aggregate of sand, bentonite clay and water); and airset casting (for smoother finishes and precision details). We do not use die cast, permanent mold, or investment casting.

What materials does CAF use for casting?

We pour aluminum and zinc aluminum only. We do not pour brass, bronze, iron, or steel.
